About Us

Effective Forces Consulting (Pty) Ltd is a Labour Law and Human Resources specialist consulting firm. We have a diverse team of professionals with a background in various industries, including but not limited to, broadcasting, aviation, auditing, mining, manufacturing, FMCG.

Our team comprises of labour law practitioners, human resource practitioners, occupational therapists, executive coaches and mediators. Our human resource practitioners are subject matter experts with experience in delivering on Organisation Design, Remuneration & Reward, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement and Change Management projects, in addition to wider experience across various transformation projects.

We take an integrated approach in dealing with human resources challenges. Our approach evaluates the human resource intervention with reference to risk and compliance. Our proposed solutions take into account our client’s individual risk appetite and risk tolerance levels.

We advocate for preventative action to be taken by our clients as opposed to a defensive / responsive approach which can be time consuming and costly for the client. Accordingly, we assist our clients to put in place appropriate processes and systems that enable them to avoid or reduce the risk of conflict, litigation and/or fines for non-compliance.

Qaqamba Moeletsi is currently the Managing Director of Effective Forces Consulting (Pty) Ltd. She practiced as an attorney in the area of labour law / employment law for over 9 years. She appeared before the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration, Bargaining Councils and Labour Court on behalf of a number of clients. She is a member of the SA Board of People Practices and is registered as a Human Resource Professional, Employment Relations.
